The Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering course of D.A.C.O.E. Karad started in the year 2008 with an intake capacity of 60 students, later on in the year 2011 the intake capacity increased to 120 students. The goal of Department is to provide excellent education as well as good job opportunities in the field of Electronics & Telecommunication.

Being a specialized branch in Electronics devices and systems, we have a motivated team of highly experienced, well qualified faculty and trained non teaching staff. The Department has very good and interactive industrial-liaison. It has presently well equipped Microprocessor, Advanced communication, Analog  electronics, Power electronics, computer laboratories and excellent computational facilities along with advanced software like Matlab, Simulink, Proteus VSM.
 
 
The Department has a student organization named “Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers’ student association” which provides student opportunities to bring out their skills and talent by participation and organization of various curricular and co-curricular activities. Also considering the need of exposure to the industrial atmosphere the department organizes various expert lectures as well industrial visits.
