| The Department of general Engineering prepares and trains the first year (F. E.) Bachelor of Engineering students in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and basic engineering subjects. The department imbibes basic engineering principles by offering subjects related to Electrical Engineering, Engineering Graphics, Mechanical Engineering, Civil and Workshop Practice. There is also a focus on co-curricular and extra-curricular activities which instill values of leadership and team building. This important task of life skills development is also looked after by the department. |

Resources Laboratories and Workshop
The Institute has created all the laboratories required for first year of engineering programs as per the syllabus of Shivaji University. All the laboratories and workshop are equipped with modern infrastructure so that the students can gain maximum knowledge and skills through experimentation laboratories for the first year are as below
