Central Library of DACOE collectively supports teaching, research and extension programmers of the Institute. All students, faculty members of the Institute are entitled to make use of the Library facilities on taking library membership.
Mission
To develop a comprehensive collection of all type of learning resources useful for faculty and students and staff and to provide library services for efficient dissemination of knowledge.
Objectives
To serve the academic needs of students, researchers and faculty members. As the central library we maintain a collection of books and Journals. The idea is to provide a reader with a comprehensive collection of information required for teaching and research. We aim at acquiring and organizing information resources to meet the present and future needs of users.

Selected books are made available for issue for a period of one semester, to the students belonging to General & SC/ST.
3) Reference Service:
The Library maintains a separate reference collection consisting of dictionaries, subject dictionaries, directories, handbooks, atlases, etc. The Reference Section facility is extended to the students, staff and faculty of the Institute on all working days.
4) Photocopying (Only Authorized material for material for Personal use and research):
The Central Library offers photocopying service to all its members, walk-in users and others following the Copyright Regulations.
The library premises provide copies to all other users at the following rates:
The charges for are: Rs. 0.50 (A4) / Rs. 1.00 (A3/B4) per page.
Current Journals:
The Library receives 11 periodicals/Journals in print form.
INFRASTRUCTURE:
